Took leave on Friday to accompany hubby to go to the IT show at Suntec, my brother joined us too as it was his off day. The place was super packed..which is kinda expected lah..heh
Hubby was looking for a laptop for school purpose so we headed to Level 4 directly to check out the offers available. As he alrdy knows what he wants, so we walked ard to take the brochures from each brand and shortlist those which have what he wants. We shortlisted to 3 choices which are about the same price, and went to each stall to look at the real thing as well as to find out more on things not mentioned in the brochure..so in the end, hubby settled for Acer, which satisfies all of his requirements and that model happened to be selling at $200 less that day!..hehe..so after clarifying his doubts, he bought the laptop at $1689..which is a pretty good buy i guess..since i know nuts abt computers..hehe =p

After getting the laptop, it was ard 4pm..went for a drink and rest before heading to a nearby pet shop to look at some cute animals..hehe...initially wanted to go for dinner together whereby brother's gf, Linda will join us as well after she knocked off..but as we were not hungry and the guys were 'itching' to play their online game 'Left 4 Dead', decide to have a stayover at my place so that they can play throughout the nite..hehe..so we decided to head home 1st while my brother and Linda went back to collect his laptop, clothes to change and their guinea pig too!!..haha..
As the game allows players to create a server and get friends to play in a team of 4, its pretty fun if all 4 players can be gathered in 1 spot to play..easier to communicate too..so after we got home, hubby got busy transforming our entertainment room into a LAN shop =p, while i was busy setting up an enclosure for both Blacky and Nan-Nan to play and sleep in as Blacky's cage is too small for 2 piggies..hehe
Ordered Canadian pizza for dinner and had our full before the game started..hehe..i'm one of the players too, though i'm still a novice..keke..we had a long nite manz..played till 4am with breaks in between but still as tiring..keke...the piggies had a great time too..think they didn't really sleep the whole nite as well..or rather, Blacky kept disturbing Nan-Nan, not allowing him to sleep at all..haha..coz we did see Nan-Nan's eyes half-closed, abt to fall asleep when my Blacky ran to him and woke him up..keke..think Blacky's feeling excited abt the stayover n company..hehe..
14 Mar - Blacky's 1st Grooming session
All of us woke up only at 11am coz of the late nite and had brunch together..hehe..bro and Linda stayed until 1+ before bringing their Nan-Nan home, and meet us later in the evening at Yishun for Blacky's 1st grooming session..they are both so onz lor..keke..they have brought ther Nan-Nan for his grooming the previous week but wanna check out the one we are going to see which is better. After Nan-Nan's gone, Blacky was so lonely..was sqeaking very loudly as though calling out for his friend..so poor thing..think he muz have felt really lonely..
Evening came and we brought Blacky to Yishun for his grooming session..think he muz be scared out of his wits coz he didn't dared to move much during the entire session..hehe..

The hair is much neater now..hehe..luckily he wasn't as freaked out as i thought he would be..hehe..seems quite ok, not very shaken by the experience..guess the person who handled him must have been really good..hehe..
Will definitely go back there for his future grooming sessions..think bro &Linda are also keen about bringing their Nan-Nan there too coz they feel that this pet-shop looks more pro and more well-equipped compared to the one they went previously..hehe..so maybe next time Blacky will have a khaki to go for his grooming liao..haha! =D
