Filled our stomachs at those friendly vending machine operated shops again..hehe
1st off, we went to the Meiji Shrine located at Harajuku..the serenity of the place makes you forget the buzz juz outside its entrance, which is near the train station =)
Saw 2 rows of wine barrels along the path..not sure what they're for..heh
Happened to catch a traditional wedding ceremony in progress, and everyone's taking photos of the couple as they walked by..hee =)
Next stop - Harajuku's Takeshita Dori (Takeshita Street)

The train station is packed with pple!! Think the station is too small to accommodate the huge crowd..scary..
The street was filled with pple as expected..so we were basically pushed by the current of pple and didn't get much chance to look at the shops which are also packed with pple..I only managed to take a photo of a costume shop there..

Noticed quite a number of youngsters in costumes as we walked (got pushed, rather) through the street..but there were too many pple to give me the chance to snap a few photos >_< hehe ="p" style="font-weight: bold;">
Next - Haven for anime-lovers: Akiharaba =D
This place was originally known for its many electronics shops, but has also been known as a center for anime, manga and gaming culture in the recent years. So we will see more of the 'Animate-alike' shops here & buy figurines and other related merchandise here..no need to drool over them like we did in the Anime fair..hee..
One of the major road will get closed off on Sundays to accommodate the huge crowds to this place. And I was told by Kelvin that sometimes there will be pple doing some dance from certain anime in the middle of the closed-off road, but that didn't happen during our trip. I wonder if its prohibited now..hmm..
At first we didn't notice that the road is closed-off and were waiting for the traffic light to cross when we noticed a lot of pple 'jay-walking' on the road like nobody's business..haha..
Didn't take much photos at this place coz we were basically busy checking out various stores to find the best bargain for stuff we want..hehe..But we did not buy anything, juz did our market research on where to get good buys for certain stuff..we will be back!..hehee =p
