Continue..

Continuing from my previous post, we checked out of Hotel Konanso and was waiting for the bus to come when the hotel staff came and offer us a ride to the station..seems that they have such transportation service for guests, juz that we didn't know..hehe

At the station, bought the tickets for the bus back to Shinjuku and we are on our way back to the city. We will be staying at a hotel in Shinjuku for the rest of our trip but we did not check-in at the hotel when we reached as its quite a distance from the station. So we left our luggages in the station lockers again and took the train to Ueno.

Ueno is also another crowded area..we went to have lunch in one of the sushi store along the alley and then made our way to the Ueno Park to view sakuras. The place was crowded, there were mats on along the side where pple 'chop' seats for their sakura viewing; pple who seemed to have been here since the previous night; and pple who are just starting their gathering..it was a Thur lor, i keep wondering how come these pple no need to work or go school one..some guys were in suits somemore lor..hehe..

The pretty sakuras!! =D

We walked till the end of the rows of sakuras and then back again, snapping pictures to capture the pretty scene..hehe, didn't stay for very long coz it was too crowded and we had taken enough photos.

After Ueno, we decided to drop by Akiharaba since its nearby to shop..stayed till 6+ and went back to Shinjuku with our new possessions to pick up our luggages and to the next hotel we will be staying..it was quite far from the station and we had difficulty getting there as we weren't very sure of our location on the map..and with our luggages somemore.. -_-

Finally we arrived! Sunlite Hotel.. Photobucket

Its much smaller than the Sakura Hotel at Ikebukuro, there's almost no space to walk or put stuff in the room..juz a small walkway from the entrance to the bed & desk..the walkway was almost unpassable after we line the stuff we bought in the next few days along the wall..we initially wanted to book the Sakura Hotel located in Shinjuku but it was all fully booked and so we had no choice but to settle for this one..though the lobby area looks much posher than sakura's, the room is juz too small lor..

That's about it for this day =)
