Today will be our last day at Ikebukuro as we will be checking out the nxt day to set off for Kawaguchiko. So we went back to the Animate building again to get some of the stuff that we can't find back in Akihabara..hehe..Didn't take any photos coz we were both busy shopping..hehee =p

Went back to the hotel to put our stuff before setting off to our next destination: Tokyo Tower!!

Took a train to the place (can't remember the name of the station though..hehe) and walked some distance..spotted the tower shortly..

Very pretty rite? =)

Had our dinner there and bought our tickets to go up to the main observatory deck (150m) at the counter and were ushered to take the lift all the way up..it was pretty dark and rather crowded too.

They have this interactive screen which you can 'play' with to look at certain parts of the city view & how the view differs with different kinds of weather, very interesting but I didn't really get to touch it coz a few kids were toying with it..don't wanna bully them..hehe

There is a special observatory deck higher up which requires additional 600 yen each for entry, we went for it since we are already there..heh..and there were quite a lot of pple going up too..have to queue for the tickets and lift which can only accommodate 14pax including the lift attendant.

Finally its our turn and up we go..was standing next to the window of the lift and keep seeing the lift go up & up..abit scary..hehe =p

The night view is simply breath-taking!! (at 250m)

The special observatory deck is much smaller but still as crowded. We loitered for a while more while trying to take more photos with so many pple around..hehe

After that was queueing again to get back down to the main observatory and down to the Tokyo Tower Foot Town which is within the building..and since we happen to came out of the lift at the level where they have the Guinness World Records Museum Tokyo, we decided to go in and take a look..it was very fascinating but as usual, photo-taking is prohibited.. =(

We stayed until they were about to close for the day at 9pm..so we went out and made our way back to the train station to go back to our hotel since most shops are already closed, and my feet is aching from so much walking for the past few days.. =s

Packed our stuff and hit the sack pretty early coz we need to check-out by 10am. That's Day 5 for us! =)

8 more days to blog!..gambatte!!
